Eunice Runway Return Policy

We want you to feel confident, feminine, and beautiful in every piece you order from Eunice Runway. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
• With all original tags attached

Return Process
To start a return, please email us at eunicerunway@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Bodysuits, intimates, and accessories
